Alex Beresford caught WALKING OFF Good Morning Britain over VERY awkward proposal | TV & Radio | Showbiz & TV

The Dancing On Ice star abandoned Good Morning Britain after Kyle, Kate Garraway and Charlotte Hawkins  all pressured him to propose to his long-term girlfriend, Natalia Natkaniec.

Beresford and Natikaniec have a seven-year-old son together but his performance on GMB this morning suggested the 37-year-old wasn’t ready to walk down the aisle anytime soon.

“Alex is brilliant, isn’t he?” Garraway began. “He’s good at the weather, he’s good on the ice.”

Kyle added: “Is there anything he’s not good at?”

Strictly Come Dancing star Hawkins piped up: “Proposing!”

“What are you asking me?” she cried.

Kyle quipped: “You said he should definitely ask his girlfriend tomorrow to get married.”

With Valentine’s Day coming up tomorrow, she pleaded: “Well, I was just saying that it’s nice to do something… but you know, he will do it in his own time.

“I’m not sure we should put the pressure on unnecessarily. Maybe he’s planned something and you don’t know about it. You might have ruined the surprise now.”

Before Hawkins could finish, Beresford was caught walking off.

Garraway chuckled: “He’s run away!’

Who is Alex Beresford’s partner Natalia? Meet the Dancing On Ice 2018 star’s partner

Beresford first met his stunning girlfriend Natkaniec 11-years-ago, and welcomed their first child together four years later.

The father-of-one is currently appearing in Dancing On Ice where he’s emerged as one of the dark horses of the competition.

However, with the contestants rapidly whittling down and a double Dancing On Ice elimination on the way, he could be in trouble.

DOI professional Matt Evers confirmed the twist during yesterday’s This Morning.

“It’s a triple skate-off double elimination,” he told hosts Ruth Langsford and Eamonn Holmes. “Three people are going to do the skate-off and the judges save one.

“It’s the first time we’ve ever done this.”

Good Morning Britain airs weekdays at 6am on ITV.
